Susan Provost-Dubois / Printmaking
Susan's artistic motivations – to express change and emotions with complete freedom – have evolved through the disciplined structure of her printing since the 1970s. Printmaking provides her with endless, expressive possibilities using a broad variety of printmaking techniques. After producing a first edition of Woodcuts, Etchings or Lithographs, she goes on to experiment with color and texture, introducing rice papers and other varied materials. In addition, Susan often turns her talents to creating monoprints and monotypes when she wants to create even more spontaneous and unique designs.
Susan's Raku tea bowls are individually titled and numbered as a part of an edition of 2,000.
